Application areas
Stem cells have been shown to be effective in the treatment of osteoarthritis but also the regeneration of tendons and muscles and chronic (diabetic) wounds.
The treatment of systemic or neurodegenerative diseases with stem cells is also discussed, i.e. Parkinson´s disease, Alzheimer´s disease, multiple sclerosis and rheumatic diseases.
In regenerative medicine, stem cells are also used as anti-aging treatment.
